We will be easily socially distanced and have lots of green space to enjoy with ducks running around(mama just hatched babies).
So much fun while we work our core(I will teach you proper core engagement), posture muscles, flexibility, tone, glute work and more.
You can bring a mat, theraband(if you have), twist ball or ankle weights(if you have), and one medium weight(5-8 lbs).
